The following changes will be implemented on the desktop.
- The desktop build date will be 09/15/08
- Adhoc Routing - When a recipient's name was not unique in the Global Address book, attempts to adhoc route to that recipient failed. Processing has been changed to correct this problem.
- PVQ - When budget fiscal year was left blank on the Quick Payment Voucher (PVQ), an attempt to use the Find Code feature on any of the COA elements (such as organization) resulted in a list of codes starting with the earliest fiscal year on the table (1999). An attempt to use the 'Describe Code' feature resulted in a 'Database Look Up' error message. Processing has been modified to present the current fiscal year's table entries if the budget fiscal year and accounting period fields are both left blank. If the accounting period has been entered but the budget fiscal year has been left blank, the list and describe window contents will contain entries corresponding to the accounting period's fiscal year.
- PV & PVQ - When an invalid date was entered in the Date of Record field, an attempt to use the Find Code feature on any of the COA elements (such as organization) resulted in error message 'A database lookup error occurred: Requested record not found'. This was occurring when a Calendar Date (CLDT) table entry could not be found. Processing has been modified to generate a different error message - 'A database lookup error occured: C001E INVALID RUN DATE'.

RERE - The Recurring Receivable (RERE) window has been modified to include new fields for Function, Object, and Sub-object.
- PCQ, PDQ, PG, and PGQ - Changed the 'Balance Sheet Account Code' field to a protected field to prevent an entry.
- JB and JBR - Missouri uses the 'Extended Project' field and an entry should not be made in the 'Project' field. Changed the 'Project' field to a protected field to prevent an entry.
- OVID - Added 'Show Code Details', 'Find Code' and 'Describe Code' functionality to the Vendor Code field on the Open Vendor Invoice Header Inquiry (OVID) table.
- TWP2 - Updated 'Status' field help information on the 'Purchasing Three-Way Match Index (TWP2) window.
- CR, CX, IA, P1, and PV - Line numbers were being skipped when advancing through documents using the scrollbar (between the arrows and to the right of the detail lines). This was occurring on the following document types: Cash Receipt (CR), Check Cancellation (CX), Physical Inventory Adjustment (IA), Vendor Payment Voucher (P1), and Payment Voucher (PV). Desktop processing has been modified to correctly display each line number.
- RM - When working with the desktop view maximized, the Receivable Credit Memo (RM) document windows did not correctly maximize when the document window was loaded. A modification has been made to open the window in maximized view.
- PCQ, PDQ, PG, PGQ, RC, RX, RXQ, SC, SCS, and VIQ. - The 'Additional Description' selection was not working for document windows with multiple tabs. Only the tab with the 'Description' field was working. Processing has been corrected to open the 'Additional Description' window from any of the tabs. Documents modified to allow this include: Quick Centralized Purchase Order (PCQ), Quick Decentralized Purchase Order (PDQ), Price Agreement (PG), Quick Price Agreement (PGQ), Receiver (RC), Requisition (RX), Quick Requisition (RXQ), Service Contract (SC), Simplified Service Contract (SCS), and Quick Vendor Invoice (VIQ).
