Request Form to Create a Discussion List / Mailing List

Any agency of Missouri State Government may request the creation of a discussion list to facilitate state business. Please route all requests through your agency Internet Coordinator.

Please complete the following request form by indicating your choice for the following questions. Default options are listed first. When finished click submit at the bottom of the page. Once your list is created, you will be contacted with the URL and password for the list. If you need additional information contact the SDC Helpdesk at OA.SDCHelpdesk@oa.mo.gov
